I have a combo microwave/convection oven and wanted to try air frying with it. This basket fits perfectly on the turntable, holds a lot of food, and is easy to clean. It's been through the dishwasher without incident; the plate has a black spot that I can't scrub away, though. Solution - line with parchment. Holds a batch of about 1lb of chicken tenders, which didn't brown much but that was probably more the result of cooking time and temperature than this clever accessory.I have far too many kitchen items and rarely buy them anymore because it's hard to add value.
