Easy to install in about 15-20 minutes. It is easy to adjust to the exact height and angle which is comfortable for me (you). It is oversized for my little Apple wireless keyboard, but I like the extra space so I can rest both arms comfortably on either side when I am not typing. I used the included mouse wrist pad - which wasn't necessary for the Apple Magic mouse - on the other side so I can rest my left arm on it. I have shoulder tendonitis on both sides so this has been a major improvement to my new shelter-in-place home office desk. The slide is solid so it stays in place when I am typing or just resting my arms on it while reading. I don't find it difficult to slide it in or out as one of the reviews mentioned.PS. I found it easy to install using my favorite Jorgensen handscrew clamp to line up the slide base and keep it secure while screwing it in. The double sided tape might have worked fine, but I found that lining it up underneath an upright desk was a little challenging. The tray can be installed for either right or left handed users.
