The pump broke only a few months after purchase--NOW we are out of luck with the pump, paying for a new pump, and all of the plumber visits. FROM HELL.Happy to find this "Little Giant" pump, we pulled the product number off our old (18 years) unit. It's used for pumping wash water from the washing machine out of the basement and into the drainage/septic system of our 109 year old house. Hope this one lasts just as long!Exact replacement. Works as expected. Good for another 10-15 years!Had to hire a plumber to install, but no problems. Works as advertised.Quiet and reliable so far.Like that it came fully assembled.
