UPDATE: SO glad I gave the replacement tray a chance. I received a flawless board, so now I have two that are perfect for what I’m needing.Even though I had already made a replacement order through Amazon I received a very nice email from the sellers customer service.I also received the tray in ample time to use for my party, the replacement shipped very fast as well!!!I put down a rectangle or parchment paper on the surface for the Charcuterie plate & had no issues with the board, even though some pepper juices got underneath to the wood surface. It wiped right off & I hand dried with no issues.I would also buy these as gifts..........................................Beautiful piece, ordered 2 for a party to use for Charcuterie plates.Unfortunately one was damaged & will be returning so won’t be able to use the second one.The wood was split on two top corners & can definitely be felt when running your hand along it. Also visible upon inspection.Measurements were spot on, wood is beautiful, exactly what I needed & sits flat on a surface.Hoping the damaged one is a fluke & that the replacement is as good as the other one. Will update review upon receipt.
