It’s fun for the kids but only use it at dinner! I tried using at lunch and realized my daughter then expected dessert 2* per day because the last square has this adorable little cover thing to keep it a surprise. Also teach the little one first that it’s a game to go from the start to the finish, I forgot to do that part when I first got it all set up and she would just grab whatever piece of food she wanted instead of eating ALL the different things like the meat the veggie the fruit the grain and healthy fat.
