Noritake Colorwave Suede Two-Tier Serving Tray - Elegant Hostess Gift for Tea Party, Bridal Shower & Dessert Display

I really like stand, but I felt like I was taking a risk on it when ordering because I could find so little information anywhere. These are literally Noritake plates with holes drilled in them. While I like the stand, I was hoping for something a little more special and bigger than that. The bottom tier is the same size as the dinner plates, and the top is the size of the salad/side plates that come in your Noritake set. Also, my set came with almost no pieces for assembly and no directions. I contacted Noritake, and I learned that I was missing pieces. Here's what they told me for the order of assembly (to make sure you have all your washers):> Screw> Washer> Plate> Washer> Stem> Washer> Plate> Washer> StemI was given one metal washer and the rest were the nylon washers they were supposed to rest on. Noritake was fantastic and sent me what I needed right away. Overall, I recommend this product, and I am keeping mine--but I wish I could have found some more information on it through the Amazon or Noritake websites beforehand.Very carefully packed and shipped.
