Happy hands is a good strong, well made product and would be fun for someone with early stage of alzheimers. I gor if for my Mother and she is in later stages but she does work with it sometimes if I help her. I hide things,( candy, money, pictures) in the compartments. So I would recomend it but was a little costly I think.
