I opened it and started using it for the first time today and I am planning to return it. The legs on the stand have no locks so with any shift or movement, the legs buckle. I nearly dropped on laptop on the floor, the sturdiness is not up to par. Another thing I don't like is how slippery the surface is. My laptop has been sliding around on this stand and it doesn't have any sort of lip around the edge to prevent items from rolling off the stand. Last major complaint is that the legs will pinch if you aren't careful when folding up the table. I jammed my finger between the legs and surface, so if you're particularly clumsy or plan to have children using this stand, look elsewhere.
