We have used this for two parties and it has worked wonderfully. I have cooked hot dogs, sausage, keilbasa, and even frozen corn dogs on it and they all came out great! The cleanup it easy, I just turn it on with no heat, spray a cleaner on the rollers, wipe them down as they spin, repeat with clean paper towels until clean. I then wash the drip tray in the sink. total cleanup time is about 10 minutes
