He can sit upright and rinse and spit onto the tray without having to bend over the sink. it rinses off easily. It saves the caregiver's back.The water leaks around your neck quite a bit, it is a very loose fit. tray needs to be wider with some kind of a lip that would keep the water from going over the sides and spilling onto the floor. Might work for some, but not a good option for me.I need this for a family member that can't use a bath or shower at the moment.
