I love this cookbook and have a small bakery business and this book really is informative and has some great recipes. If your Italian and enjoy traditional Italian cookies you need this book.One recIpe I made was the Sesame cookie the Biscotti di Regina, Very good cookie make sure to buy toasted sesame seeds when using this recipe, not white sesame seeds as they will turn out too soft.If you don’t have toasted sesame seeds you can also toast them yourself. I add a tablespoon of honey to the recipe, and I do not dip the cookies in milk before rolling in the seeds because they become too soft. Just press the cookie ball in the seeds and shape the cookie into a log or oval, you will not be disappointed with this recipe or this book.
